Very satisfied with service and equipment. The installer was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The task at our house was challenging as it was more a catch-all garage. He definitely h.ad a challenge! Price was very reasonable JOB WELL DONE.

Excellent
My door came undone and it was locked up 3/4 of the way down, and it was bent, too. They came in and re-shut the whole door and straightened things out for me, and now everything’s working fine. The service representative was very personable, and I was very pleased. Their prices were reasonable, and they did a wonderful job. The only thing I would have liked them to be able to do was that he told me the circuit board for the door switch on the wall was acting up and he didn’t have a replacement. I would have really appreciated if they could fix that too because sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Other than that it was great.

Prompt response, expert technicians, and reasonably priced.
Nation Overhead Door came out to do a repair on an automatic gate for me. I called the company about the issue in the morning, and the technician that I spoke with said he could be there within a few hours. He arrived when he said he would and did a really good job of analyzing the problem. It was an older gate that hadn’t been used in a while, so he had to spend quite some time on the issue. He made multiple calls to find the parts for it, and in the end was able to resolve the issue and get the gate working. He was very diligent. I have had no issues with the gate or it’s parts since. I had been really worried that the price was going to be a lot higher than it actually was since he had spent so much time on the issue. A lot of companies hire their technicians out on an expensive hourly basis, but I found Nation Overhead’s prices to be fair. The price was reasonable for getting the job done correctly.

Very happy with the service!
Nation Overhead Door was awesome! The guy was very friendly and helpful. He installed a new garage door for me. When there was a problem with the door and it wasn’t working, and he looked at it for no charge and fixed it up. They did a good job and their prices were good.

Great service
A technician from Nation Overhead Door replaced all the rollers in our garage. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and timely. He arrived promptly on schedule and did everything the company promised at a very fair price. The door is much quieter now and closes every time.

I’m glad I used them!
I used Nation Overhead Door to have my garage door checked. They came and educated me on maintaining the garage door and how to check and make sure the coils are working correctly, the correct tensions, how to check voltage and all about the mechanics on the garage door.

Knowledgeable technician and excellent service
I called Nation Overhead Door to fix my garage door. I had requested that a specific issue be resolved, but the gentleman who arrived was not aware of my request. Still, he was knowledgeable and arrived prepared to fix a number of problems. He fixed all the issues I had and gave me very good advice. He even offered to fix a few more things while he was there. I recommend Nation Overhead Door for helpful service at a very good price.
