Great Service, Very Pleased!
I recently went to Nation Overhead Door when I was in need of a repair for my garage door when it had stopped working. The people that came out were very friendly and professional while they were here doing the work, and the work itself was completed quicker than I had expected and without any issues. Overall I thought Nation Overhead Door was very helpful with getting my repair completed, I would definitely use them again if there are any more issues with the door, and I highly recommend their services.

Courteous, Nice, and Very Meticulous
Nation Overhead Door did a complete replacement of our garage door a couple of weeks ago. The technician they sent out was a great guy. Very courteous and very nice. He just did his work and he did a nice job of it. He took the old door out including the casing and everything. The whole nine yards. He wasn’t the fastest, which I said was fine, but he was very meticulous.
We really like the door. We had looked into some options a couple of years back and as I remembered it there was a big difference in price between fiberglass doors and steel doors. When we sat down back in May and talked to the guy from Nation about our options, though, the difference between fiberglass and steel was minimal, so we were really pleased about that. We went with the fiberglass for the simple reason that it gives us more flexibility in painting the door. I also think it will keep the heat out better than a metal door would.
The only area I was a little disappointed in had nothing to do with the installation or the guy who came, but with the communication between me and the office. I knew he was going to be coming that day but didn’t know the exact time. It would have been nice if they could have texted me to let me know about when he would show up. I got a knock at the door around 8:30 AM and I pretty much knew who it was, but it would have been nice to have had a heads up.
We’ve only had the door for a few days so I can’t comment on how it will hold up, but it’s certainly a good looking door. Hopefully it will hold up for years and years.

Very Pleased!
This was my first time using Nation Overhead Door and based on that experience I would use them again. It was very easy to make an appointment and when the guy knew he was going to be late he gave me a call to make sure it was ok that he was coming at a different time. I thought the quote was a fair price and decided to proceed with using them. The installation of the back gate went really well. I highly recommend them!

Very Pleased!
Nation Overhead Door did a repair job on our garage door last year and we were very happy with them. They showed up on time and did a quick job. We’ve not had any problems with the door since they worked on it. Their customer service was good, and it was quite easy to schedule with them. I thought they offered fair pricing. Overall, they took care of the work in a professional and competent manner, and we were very satisfied with how everything turned out.

Good Work!
Nation Overhead Door did an excellent repair job for us. It’s an industrial building and there aren’t too many companies who deal with that. They came over when we called, and they were able to take care of the issue that we had in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They were competent and they knew what they were doing. Their customer service was good. This was the only time we’ve used them, but if we ever need to, we would call them back.

Good Experience!
I had a great experience with Nation Overhead Door. I called them out to do some repair work on my garage door. Their technician came out promptly when I called. He was competent and knew what he was doing. He got the job done pretty quickly. Their pricing seemed to be average, in the same range as what other companies were charging. Overall, I was happy with what they did. This was my first time using their services, but I would definitely call them again if I needed to.

Excellent Work!

Excellent Service!
Nation Overhead Door did an excellent job. I needed a door to be replaced and I was pleased with what Nation was able to do. The entire process was easy and pain-free. The technician came out to diagnose the problem and gave me some options to choose from. I liked that he was very informative and answered all my questions clearly. He was also very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. There have been no problems since the installation, and I have no complaints. I am happy with how everything turned out. Excellent Experience!
